I ordered the wrong product, please help!

While we will do our best to correct the error, please keep in mind that if the product update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for arranging a return, refund or replacement shipment as the item in the initial order was successfully delivered.

When will my product arrive?
Shipping typically takes 10 to 14 business days (not including weekends). If you have not received your package after 10-14 business days, please contact contact@uzesta-global.com to confirm the status of your order.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our facilities in Hong Kong.
I input the wrong shipping information on the order. What do I do?

Keep in mind that if the address update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for locating your package or arranging another shipment.

How do I place an order?
You can order quickly and easily on uzesta-global.com. To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item or change the quantity, go to your Shopping Cart and adjust accordingly.
Do I need an account to order?
You can make an order without an account. But, we highly recommend making one to more easily check order details and the possibility to collect rewards towards your next purchase.
I have placed an order. What should I expect after this?
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. PLEASE CHECK THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect input of personal information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
How do I cancel an order?
As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not always able to process cancellations. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@uzesta-global.com immediately. A representative will check the status of your order to determine if cancellation is possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped. However, you are welcome to return the order after receiving it. All costs to return the order will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees for the initial order are non-refundable.
What's the return and replacement policy?
If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement. If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
- Only products purchased on uzesta-global.com may be returned for a refund or replacement.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
- Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.
- Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.
- We cannot accept partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

How do I use promo codes?
On the cart page, Click on “Click to apply coupon” and input your promo code. Your discount will be applied upon checkout.
